21ST EDITION During ten days, the Festival Quartiers Danses (FQD) takes as its mission to democratize contemporary dance and bring it to spaces in which it is not normally found: streets, parks, public markets, museums, daycares, and community organizations. It is the annual rendezvous for contemporary dance both on stage and in an urban context. Its programming includes performances at the Place des Arts, outdoor performances throughout Montréal neighbourhoods, and screenings of short films on dance.
