FASHION, ARTS AND DESIGN FESTIVAL The M.A.D. Festival (Fashion, Arts, and Entertainment) celebrates self-expression through fashion, arts, entertainment, and cultural creativity. Created by M.A.D. Collective, this event offers a free program featuring urban art, fashion, entertainment, music, and conferences with international personalities. Numerous emerging artists, Canadian designers, Quebecois designers, retailers, and international icons share their art and vision.
